When to Wear: Wear the wrap daily until you are back to your pre-pregnancy size, or no longer need abdominal support. Can be worn after C-section. Not for use during pregnancy.

How to Wear:

Step 1 - Wrap tightly around waist + secure.

Step 2 - Lift + pull side straps.

Step 3 - Secure side straps for customized compression.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
