Shirataki noodles, known in Japan since the 7th Century, have just been upgraded for the 21st. These Ready Noodles made from the same recipe as the Buddhist Monks used all those years ago, 97% water and 3% Konjac Plant Flour, are precooked and vacuum sealed for 21st Century convenience.

Open bag and drain any residual water. Noodles are now ready. For best results, add to a heated pan to dry then heat in the sauce/recipe for 5 minutes (or microwave) to absorb the flavors. We recommend 2-3 servings per package.
