l. After washing your calves and feet, dry thoroughly, remove the leg masks and open along the perforated line. 2. Place your feet in the lining of the leg masks, raise the masks up to your calves and fasten them with the sticker band to make sure the masks stick to your legs. 3. After 15-20 minutes, remove the leg masks and gently pat feet to absorb the remaining essence. 'While wearing masks, massage lightly for more effective absorption of the active ingredients.
